3.6.12  Sight Triangles.
   No obstruction shall be maintained in a location as to obstruct the view of the driving public at an intersection from seeing down the side streets. The definition of “obstruction” is any fence, wall, grass, hedge, shrubbery, etc. higher than thirty (30) inches above ground level. To preserve the driver’s view down side streets, a sight easement triangle will be required on all corner lots. The sight triangle shall be the triangle made by extending 25' along each property line from the property corner at the street intersection.
