3.5.10  Infiltration.
   System infiltration shall not be more than 200 gallons per inch of diameter per mile of pipe per 24 hours. For example, 2 miles of 8" pipe cannot have more than 3200 gallons of infiltration flow in a 24-hour period. Should federal or state criteria be more stringent than this requirement, and then [sic] federal or state criteria shall be used to calculate the infiltration limit.
