Pipes shall be installed at a minimum of four and one-half (4-1/2) feet below the lowest finished grade to be served for normal lots (up to 200-foot lot depth). For larger lots, the line must be deeper such that any building constructed can reach the line using a 2% slope on the lateral.
In general, all sewer lines shall have a minimum of 4' of ground cover.
