3.4.8 Vertical Geometry.

Water lines shall be placed so as to avoid mechanical bends. Minimum covers as stipulated above shall be maintained. A one-foot (1') vertical separation (outside of pipe to outside of pipe) between the water line and other utilities shall be maintained at all crossings.
