3.4.4  Looped System.
   All water mains 8" and larger shall be looped. Smaller mains shall be looped, if possible. Deadend mains must be approved by the City and shall have provisions at the dead-end for flushing the line. Dead-end mains longer than 1200 feet shall not be allowed.
