Before any earthwork is performed on the subdivision, the developer shall submit a site-grading plan showing the existing contours and the proposed contours for the work. Contours shown shall be in either 1' or 2' vertical intervals. The plan shall demonstrate that the work will not have any appreciable change in the site drainage characteristics or shall show the site modification and any mitigation measures necessary to accommodate the change. In addition, the plan shall show that no grading will not adversely affect adjacent property owners and will include temporary and permanent erosion control measures. The plan shall also include State/Federal approvals for work involving 404 wetlands and any other required State/Federal approvals that may be applicable to the site. (See section on Drainage below.)
