3.1.5 Comprehensive Plan.

Any platted subdivision shall adhere and incorporate the relevant aspects of the City’s Comprehensive Plan in effect prior to the final approval of the Final Plat. These shall include, but shall not be limited to, thoroughfares, main utility transmission lines, etc. Such items on the Comprehensive Plan are necessary for the orderly growth of the City as a whole.
