A plat may be vacated (be rescinded or made invalid) in the manner described by Texas Local Government Code 212.013. To be vacated, the plat must indicate that it is being vacated and be signed and approved by all landowners involved. City approval and plat recording shall be the same as the original plat. The vacation must include all of the land involved in the original platting.
