Minor errors in plats may be corrected by the use of an Amending Plat. Amending plats shall only be used to make corrections in accordance with the specific conditions stipulated in Texas Local Government Code 212.016. Amending Plats can be considered directly by City Council (or their staff designee, if so chosen) without review by the P&Z.
Any corrections not falling under the criteria of LGC 212.016 will require full resubmittal of the plat and will be treated as a replat.
