Except for Minor Replats, any replatting of subdivision lots requires submittal, review and approval of the P&Z and the City Council. However, a preliminary plat is not required for replats and the replat must follow the guidelines of a final plat. All replats must conform to Texas Local Government Code Sections 212.014 and 212.015 including concurrence of all affected landowners and proper public hearings. Replats cannot be used to amend or remove any covenants or restrictions.
