The minimum dimensions of lots in subdivisions shall be established based on zoning requirements for areas inside the City limits. Such dimensions shall be given in the latest issue of the Zoning Ordinance. Corner lots shall be increased in size as necessary to permit any structure placed thereupon to conform to the building line of each street in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance requirements. Lots which have frontage on more than two streets are undesirable and will not be allowed where it possible to avoid them. In general, side lot lines shall be at right angles or radial to street lines.
