1.3.1  Plat Consultation.
   It is required that each owner or subdivider of land first confer with the Town of Lakeside Plat Administrator before preparing the preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision and secure a copy of the rules and regulations governing subdivisions and plats. This is so that they may become thoroughly familiar with subdivision requirements and policies of the City. Once the owner or subdivider has formulated a definitive concept plan, a meeting will be set up with various members of city staff (and possibly utility officials, TxDOT officials and up to 2 P&Z members) to review the concept and provide input prior to the creation of a formal preliminary plat (or final plat, in those instances where a preliminary is not required).
