If any public improvements are to be extended to accommodate the subdivision (either internal to the subdivision or external) then construction plans will be required for the public improvements (water, sewer, streets, drainage, etc.). In general, plans will include a cover sheet with index, general site layout, plan and profile views of the improvements, required calculations and quantity tables, details and standard details, and any other sheets required to satisfactorily convey the location, adequacy and construction of the project. The infrastructure plans shall be prepared by a Texas registered civil engineer.
