§ 153.146 WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM.

The developer shall furnish the town a copy of an executed developer agreement executed by the developer and the town, which will assure the town that all water and sewer facilities (where sewer is accessible) will be constructed as shown by the plans approved by the Town Engineer.
