§ 153.145  GENERALLY.
   After the Commission has approved the final plat, but prior to the town filing said plat with the county(s), the developer shall deliver to the Town Administrator the executed agreements stipulated herein. The forms for these agreements shall be furnished by the town to be properly completed and executed by the developer.
