(A) Utility mains shall be extended through a development as determined by the Town Engineer to allow for utility main extensions to other future developments.
(B) The engineering design shall be performed by a registered professional engineer licensed in the State of Texas at the expense of the developer. All engineering and construction standards must be approved by the town and must meet the town’s construction standards and specifications for public works.
(C) The developer must extend at his or her expense any on-site water or sewer lines for the proposed development to an existing main.
(D) The developer will construct at least six-inch mains or the portion of the utility main extension that meets the capacity needs of the development, whichever is greater.
