§ 153.070 PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE.

Prior to the official filing of a preliminary plat, the developer/owner should consult with and provide a plan of subdivision to the Town Planner for comments and advice on the procedures, specifications and standards required by the town for the subdivision or development of land.
