The Town Administrator or his or her designee may approve amending plats and minor plats pursuant to the Tex. Local Government Code, § 212.016, as amended. The Town Administrator or his or her designee, at his or her discretion may refer the plat to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Town Administrator or his or her designee shall not disapprove a plat as defined by this section, but shall refer such plat to the Planning and Zoning Commission if he or she recommends disapproval.
