(A) Except where indicated, these subdivision regulations are not intended to interfere with, abrogate, or annul any other ordinance, rule, regulation, statute, or other provision of law. Whenever the standards and specifications in this chapter conflict with those contained in another ordinance, the most stringent or restrictive provision shall govern.
(B) These regulations are not intended to abrogate any easement, deed restriction, covenant or any other private agreement or deed restriction.
