§ 150.69 NIGHT POSITION REPORT REQUIRED.

Every building mover shall report to the Chief of Police or his or her assistants each night, the exact location where the building is to stand on the streets for the night. The failure of any permit holder to make this report shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
