§ 150.63  REFUSAL OF PERMIT UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
   If the Chief of Police deems it unsafe or dangerous to the public to move any structure, house, or building over public streets roads or grounds, on account of the condition of the building or structure, no permit shall be issued for the moving.
