§ 150.62  CONSENT OF UTILITY COMPANIES REQUIRED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   The Chief of Police may refuse to issue a moving permit, as required by this subchapter, in any case where movement of any house or building will necessitate removal or cutting of any utility wires belonging to a public utility company, television cable company or to the town, until the time as the person or firm making application for the permit shall have made satisfactory arrangements with the companies owning or controlling the wires, either by written agreement or by depositing with the company a sufficient amount of money to cover the cost of the work.
