§ 150.06  DRAINAGE FACILITIES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to place or cause to be placed anything into the street drainage bar ditches, or drainage pipes, or drainage tiles, or under bridges which may directly or indirectly completely or partially constrict or otherwise reduce the drainage capacity of these facilities.
   (B)   The owner of property which has private roads, driveways, sidewalks, or other means of passage from the public street to the private property which incorporates a tile, or pipe in or a bridge over the street bar ditch shall be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of these pipes, tiles, and/or bridges.  This maintenance and cleaning will assure availability of total drainage capacity of these facilities.
   (C)   This section shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and publication as provided by law.
