§ 130.21  CURFEW OFFENSES.
   (A)   A minor commits an offense if he or she remains or is present in any public place, including public rights-of-way, streets or highways, or on the premises of any establishment within the town during curfew hours.
   (B)   A parent or guardian of a minor commits an offense if he or she knowingly permits or allows a minor to remain or be present in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the town during curfew hours.
   (C)   A parent or guardian of a minor commits an offense if he or she does not make reasonable inquiry concerning the whereabouts of a minor during curfew hours and does not take reasonable action to ensure that a minor is not in a public place or in an establishment during curfew hours.
   (D)   The operator or any employee of an establishment commits an offense if he knowingly allows a minor to remain upon the premises of the establishment dining curfew hours.
