§ 130.20  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CURFEW HOURS.
      (A)   11:00 p.m, on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday until 6:00 a.m. on the following day; and
      (B)   12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on any Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
   EMERGENCY.  An unforeseen combination of circumstances that calls for immediate action in order to protect persons or property. This term includes, but is not limited to, fire, natural disaster, automobile accident, or any other situation requiring immediate action to prevent serious bodily injury, loss of life or serious damage to property.
   ESTABLISHMENT.  Any privately-owned or operated place of business to which the public is invited, including, but not limited to, any place of amusement or entertainment.
   GUARDIAN.
      (A)   Any person who, under court order, is the guardian of the person of a minor; or
      (B)   A public or private agency with whom the minor has been placed by court order.
   MINOR.  Any person under 17 years of age.
   OPERATOR.  Any individual firm, association, partnership, or corporation operating, managing or conducting any establishment. The term includes, but is not limited to, the members or partners of an association or partnership and the officers of a corporation as well as any manager on site at the establishment.
   PARENT.  A person who is:
      (A)   A natural parent, an adoptive parent, or step-parent of another person; or
      (B)   Any other person who is lawfully authorized by a parent or guardian to have the care, control and custody of a minor.
   REMAIN.  To:
      (A)   Linger or stay; or
      (B)   Fail to leave the premises when requested to do so by a police officer or the owner, operator, manager, or other person in control of the premises.
