§ 130.05 FIREARMS AND THE LIKE.

Any person who discharges, except for purposes of protection of life and safety, any gun, pistol, shotgun, or compressed air pellets gun, or any gas-operated air rifles or pistols, within the town limits of Lakeside, Texas, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
