§ 115.10 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR ESCORT AGENCIES.

(A) An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of 18 years, except a person under the age of 18 may act strictly as a chauffeur for an agency.

(B) A person commits an offense if he or she acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of 18 years.
