§ 113.35  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLICATION SOLICITATION.  Conduct whereby a person sells or takes orders for sales of newspapers, magazines, or other publications (including audio and visual recordings).
