(A) The sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption or by any establishment for on-premise consumption whose sales of alcoholic beverages equal 75% or more of its total gross revenues shall be permitted only in the zoning district designated as C-1(c) as established by the present and any future zoning ordinances.
(B) The sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premise consumption is permitted in the zoning districts designated as C-1(b) and C-1(c) if the gross sales of products and services other than alcoholic beverages of a business establishment exceed 50% of the gross sales of the business establishment.
(C) The sale of alcoholic beverages shall not be allowed in any other zoning district than those designated herein.
