(A) Any person applying for a license or permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages, issued by authority of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, or to change the location of the place of business designated in such a license or permit shall deliver to the Town Administrator for filing one copy of the appropriate forms filed by the applicant with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for the issuance of a license or permit, and upon receipt shall deliver a copy of the license or permit issued by the Commission to the Town Administrator.
(B) An application for a town license or permit, or for a change of location for an existing license or permit, shall be filed with the Town Administrator and must be accompanied by the documents described above and with a scale drawing showing the proposed or actual location of the applicant’s business in relation to street, property lines, and the location of the nearest church, public school, or public hospital. The application shall be accompanied by the fee levied herein.
(C) Any person applying for a renewal of a license or permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages, issued by authority of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, shall deliver to the Town Administrator a copy of all documentation filed with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and a copy of the renewed state license or permit to show that the applicant has been issued a license or permit to continue to engage in the business by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission. At that time, the person shall apply for a renewal of the town license and pay the fee required herein. No renewal will be allowed unless the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has issued such a renewal.
(D) At the time of filing for each renewal of a license, the person filing shall also furnish to the Town Administrator a copy of each monthly or quarterly report filed with the Comptroller and the Alcoholic Beverage Commission during the previous year setting out gross sales of alcoholic beverages and gross sales of all nonalcoholic products and services.
