§ 112.01 BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED WITHIN LOCATIONS THAT COMPLY WITH ZONING REGULATIONS.

No person shall engage in the business of selling any alcoholic beverage in the town unless the place of business of the person is located in the use district of the town, as established by present and future zoning regulations of the town, in which the sale of the beverage is permitted.
