For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTHORIZED AGENT OR EMPLOYEE. The employees of the regulatory authority.
CITY or MUNICIPALITY. The Town of Lakeside.
FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. A food service establishment, a retail food store, a temporary food establishment, a mobile food unit, and/or a roadside food vendor.
REGULATORY AUTHORITY. The Tarrant County Public Health Department.
STATE RULES. The state rules found at Tex. Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 229, §§ 161 through 171 and §§ 173 through 175. These rules are also known as the Texas Food Establishment Rules.
