§ 110.04  SALE OF GOODS OUT OF DOORS AND IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES.
   (A)   In connection with residential occupancy of a dwelling in a residentially zoned area, the tenants or occupants thereof may offer their personal belongings and household effects for sale to the general public in and upon a paved drive, garage, or other accessory building; provided, however, that the interval of the sales shall be at least six months and no sale shall extend for more than three consecutive calendar days.
   (B)   In connection with commercial buildings or buildings located in commercial zones, the tenants or occupants thereof may offer for sale personal goods to the general public outside the confines of the building upon the sidewalk or paved drive, however the interval between the sales shall be at least six months, and no sale period shall extend for more than 14 consecutive calendar days.
   (C)   Division (B) above shall not apply to any commercial business properly zoned in which the goods to be sold are by their size or by their descriptive item to be sold outside the confines of a building, the items shall include, but may not be limited to, automobile sales lots, both new and used, with no other associated purpose or function, new or used boat sales, new or used mobile home sales.
   (D)   The Town Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to cause publication of the descriptive caption and penalty clause hereof as an alternative method of publication provided by law.
