A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion of a day during which the violation is committed, continued, or permitted, and each violation is punishable by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $200 upon first conviction and not less than $75 nor more than $200 upon second and subsequent convictions.
