(A) The Town of Lakeside shall revoke an alarm permit if it determines that:
(1) There is a false statement of a material matter in the application for permit;
(2) The permit holder has violated any provision of this chapter; and/or
(3) The permit holder has failed to make payment of a service fee assessed under § 93.08 within 30 days of receiving notice to do so.
(B) A person commits an offense if he or she operates an alarm system during the period in which his or her alarm permit is revoked.
