§ 91.43  POWER OF TOWN OFFICIALS TO MAKE ARRESTS, ADMINISTER OATHS, ENTER PREMISES, AND THE LIKE.
   Any full-time police officer or building inspector or health inspector or code enforcement officer of the Town of Lakeside shall have the right and power to arrest any person who may violate the rules, regulations, orders, or requirements of the town, or any ordinance or general laws relating to the maintaining of the public health and sanitation of the town.  They shall have the right to go upon the premises for the purpose of enforcing the rules and regulations concerning the public health and the provisions of this subchapter relating thereto or other ordinances that may by hereafter passed by the City Council.  But in the exercise of this right, the town and its employees shall act with good judgment and in a reasonable manner so as not to unnecessarily invade the privacy of the homes and premises belonging to the citizens.
