§ 91.42  RIGHT OF OWNER TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE WHY ORDER SHOULD NOT BE COMPLIED WITH; EXTENSION OF TIME.
   Whenever an order has been given by any full-time police officer or building inspector or health inspector or code enforcement officer of the Town of Lakeside to abate or remove any nuisance that may exist upon any lot or premises, under the provision of § 91.39, the owner thereof shall have the right, within the period of time given in the order for abatement, to appear at the office of the full-time police officer or Building Inspector or Health Inspector or Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Lakeside to show cause why the order should not or cannot be complied with, and the full-time police officer or Building Inspector or Health Inspector or Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Lakeside may, at his or her discretion, give the extension of time for the abatement or removal of the nuisance as may be necessary; provided, however, there is no immediate danger to the public health.
