§ 91.38 IMPURE OR UNWHOLESOME WELLS OR CISTERNS.

Any well or cistern on any property within the corporate limits of the town, whenever a chemical bacteriological analysis shows that the water of the well or cistern is of impure or unwholesome nature, shall be deemed a nuisance.
