§ 91.34  ACCUMULATION OF OFFENSIVE MATERIALS ON LOTS.
   (A)   Whenever there shall be found in or upon any lot or piece of ground within the corporate limits of the town, any dirt gathered in cleaning yards, waste of mills or factories of any rags, damaged merchandise, wet, broken or leaking barrels, casks, or boxes or other materials which are offensive or tend to decay or become putrid or to render the atmosphere impure or unwholesome or provide harbor for rats or any accumulation of grass and/or weeds growing in excess of ten inches on any lot or property within the corporate limits of the Town of Lakeside shall be deemed a nuisance and are hereby prohibited.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning, claiming, occupying, or having supervision or control of any real property, occupied or unoccupied, within the corporate limits of the Town of Lakeside, to permit or allow junk to accumulate or remain thereon and same shall be deemed a nuisance.
