§ 91.32 FILTHY DRAINS, LEAKING GARBAGE RECEPTACLES, MANURE BOXES, AND THE LIKE.

Any unclean, stinking, foul, defective, or filthy drain, ditch, tank, or gutter, or any leaking or broken slop, garbage, or manure boxes or receptacles of like character, whenever or wherever found within the corporate limits of the town, shall be deemed a nuisance.
