§ 91.30  DUTY OF POLICE.
   It shall be the duty of the police within their respective districts to watch for and arrest persons throwing or permitting to be thrown from their premises into any street, alley, market place, sidewalk, or gutter, any filth or other matter prohibited by the next preceding section.
