§ 91.29 DEPOSITING DEAD ANIMALS, RUBBISH, AND THE LIKE ON STREETS.

No person shall deposit any dead animal or excrement or filth from privies or any hay, straw, dirt, or rubbish of any kind or description or any filthy water or manure upon any streets, alleys, or public or private property in the town. Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
