§ 91.28 BURNING MANURE, STRAW, GARBAGE, AND THE LIKE.

No person shall burn on any street, alley, or other public or private property in the town, any manure, straw, garbage, or any refuse of any kind or description; provided, that this section shall not be applicable where an approved incinerator is used. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
