§ 91.25  KEEPING CHICKENS OR OTHER FOWL WITHIN 500 FEET OF RESIDENCES.
   (A)   The keeping or maintaining of any chickens or other fowl in the town within 500 feet of any residence or inhabited building shall constitute a nuisance.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CHICKENS.  Chickens, hens, chicks, roosters, or other fowl, both singular and plural.
