SCHEDULE II.  STOP AND YIELD SIGNS.
   (A)   (1)   (a)   Stop signs conforming to state law shall be placed at the intersection of Copperwood and Farm to Market Road Highway 1886 (Confederate Park Road) governing movement from Copperwood onto Farm to Market Road 1886.
         (b)   An operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, truck, moped, bicycle, or any other mode of transportation of persons or property approaching Farm to Market Road 1886 while driving on Copperwood shall come to a complete stop at a clearly marked stop line at the intersection of the two roadways, or, if there is not a clearly marked stop line, then at a place nearest the intersection of the two streets specified above where the stop sign is posted.  After stopping, the operator shall grant immediate use of movement to persons or vehicles of any kind or nature on Farm to Market Road 1886 in obedience to the stop sign and after stopping may proceed only when the intersection can be safely entered without interference or collision with vehicular or pedestrian traffic using Farm to Market Road 1886.
         (c)   Stop signs conforming to state law shall be placed at the intersection of Silver Hill Court and Silver Creek Road governing movement from Silver Creek Court onto Silver Creek Road.
         (d)   An operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, truck, moped, bicycle, or any other mode of transportation of persons or property approaching Silver Creek Road while driving on Silver Hill Court shall come to a complete stop at a clearly marked stop line at the intersection of the two roadways, or, if there is not a clearly marked stop line, then at a place nearest the intersection of the two streets specified above where the stop sign is posted.  After stopping, the operator shall grant immediate use of movement to persons or vehicles of any kind or nature on Silver Creek Road in obedience to the stop sign and after stopping may proceed only when the intersection can be safely entered without interference or collision with vehicular or pedestrian traffic using Silver Creek Road.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of this division (A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the maximum amount set or required by State of Texas law.
      (3)   This division (A) shall be published as required by law and shall then be in full force and effect after the date of its publication and it is so ordained.
   (B)   (1)   (a)   Stop signs conforming to state law shall be placed at the intersection of Brook Baker Blvd and Holt Street governing movement on Brooks Baker Blvd.
         (b)   An operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, truck, moped, bicycle, or any other mode of transportation of persons or property shall come to a complete stop at a clearly marked stop line at the intersections specified above or if there is not a clearly marked stop line, then at a place nearest the intersection of the two streets specified above where the stop sign is posted, at each of the locations described hereinabove and shall grant immediate use of the intersection to other vehicular or pedestrian traffic in obedience to the stop sign and after stopping, may proceed only when the intersection can be safely entered without interference or collision with vehicular or pedestrian traffic using a different street or roadway.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of this division (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the maximum amount set or required by State of Texas law.
      (3)   This division (B) shall be published as required by law and shall then be in full force and effect after the date of its publication and it is so ordained.
   (C)   (1)   (a)   Stop signs conforming to state law shall be placed at the following locations:
            1.   In the northbound lane of Silver Creek Road at its intersection with F.M. 1886 (also known as Confederate Park Road); and
            2.   In the southbound lane of Silver Spring Lane at its intersection with F.M. 1886 (also known as Confederate Park Road).
         (b)   An operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, truck, moped, bicycle, or any other mode of transportation of persons or property shall come to a complete stop at a clearly marked stop line at the intersections specified above or if there is not a clearly marked stop line, then at a place nearest the intersection of the two streets specified above where the stop sign is posted, at each of the locations described hereinabove and shall grant immediate use of the intersection to other vehicular or pedestrian traffic in obedience to the stop sign and after stopping, may proceed only when the intersection can be safely entered without interference or collision with vehicular or pedestrian traffic using a different street or roadway.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of this division (C) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the maximum amount set or required by State of Texas law.
      (3)   This division (C) shall be published as required by law and shall then be in full force and effect after the date of its publication and it is so ordained.
   (D)   (1)   (a)   Stop signs conforming to state law shall be placed at the following locations:
            1.   In the eastbound lane of Mountain Ridge Court West at its intersection with Western Trails Road;
            2.   In the westbound lane of Mountain Ridge Court East at its intersection with Western Trails Road;
            3.   In the eastbound lane of Trailside Court West at its intersection with Western Trails Road; and
            4.   In the westbound lane of Trailside Court East at its intersection with Western Trails Road.
         (b)   An operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, truck, moped, bicycle, or any other mode of transportation of persons or property shall stop at a clearly marked stop line or if there is not a clearly marked stop line, then at a place nearest the intersection, at each of the locations described hereinabove and shall grant immediate use of the intersection to other vehicular or pedestrian traffic in obedience to the stop sign and after stopping, may proceed only when the intersection can be safely entered without interference or collision with vehicular or pedestrian traffic using a different street or roadway.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of this division (D) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the maximum amount set or required by State of Texas law.
      (3)   This division (D) shall be published as required by law and shall then be in full force and effect after the date of its publication and it is so ordained.
   (E)   (1)   (a)   Stop signs conforming to state law shall be placed at the following locations:
            1.   In the westbound lane(s) of traffic on the F.M. 1886 bridge crossing Highway 199 at its intersection with the eastbound lanes of traffic on the south service road of Highway 199;
            2.   In the eastbound lanes of traffic in the 8900 block of the south service road of Highway 199 at its intersection with F.M. 1886;
            3.   In the eastbound lane of traffic in the 9200 block of F.M. 1886 at its intersection with the south service road of Highway 199; and
            4.   In the northbound lane of traffic of the access road to and from the First Baptist Church of Lakeside (also called Glory Road) at its intersection with the 9250 block of F.M. 1886.
         (b)   An operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, truck, or moped shall stop at a clearly marked stop line or if there is not a clearly marked stop line, then at a place nearest the intersection, at each of the locations described hereinabove and shall grant immediate use of the intersection to other vehicular or pedestrian traffic in obedience to the stop sign and after stopping, may proceed only when the intersection can be safely entered without interference or collision with vehicular or pedestrian traffic using a different street or roadway.
      (2)   (a)   Yield signs conforming to state law shall be placed at the following locations:
            1.   In the eastbound lanes of traffic in the 8900 block of the south service road of Highway 199 at its intersection with the off ramp from Highway 199 to F.M. 1886;
            2.   In the right-hand eastbound lane of traffic in the 9200 block of F.M. 1886 at its intersection with the south service road of Highway 199 preparatory to making a right turn onto the service road; and
            3.   In the right-hand eastbound lane of traffic in the 8900 block of the south service road of Highway 199 at its intersection with F.M. 1886 preparatory to making a right turn on to F.M. 1886.
         (b)   An operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, truck, or moped shall slow to a speed reasonable under the existing conditions before reaching the yield sign at each of the locations described hereinabove and shall yield the right-of-way to a vehicle or pedestrian in or approaching the intersection on another street or roadway and may proceed only when the intersection can be safely entered without interference or collision with vehicular or pedestrian traffic using another street or roadway.
      (3)   Any person violating any provision of this division (E) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the maximum amount set or required by State of Texas law.
      (4)   This division (E) shall be published as required by law and shall then be in full force and effect after the date of its publication and it is so ordained.
   (F)   (1)   Stop signs shall be erected at the following street locations within the corporate town limits of the Town of Lakeside, Texas:
On Aquilla Drive at its intersection with F.M. 1886
On Paint Brush Road at its intersection with F.M. 1886
On Lakeridge Road at its intersection with F.M. 1886
On Townes Drive at its intersection with F.M. 1886
On Vanshire Road West at its intersection with F.M. 1886
At all four corners of the intersection of Lake Ridge Road and Crestridge Road and Crestridge Circle
At all four corners of the intersection of Emily Drive and Lake Ridge Road
At all four corners of the intersection of Claiborn Street and Brooks Baker Avenue
On Brookes Baker Avenue at its intersection with Watercress Road
On Crestridge Road at its intersection with Aauilla Drive
On the northbound and southbound lanes of Paint Brush Road at its intersection with Aquilla Drive
On Holt Street at its intersection with Rankin Road
On Claiborn Street at its intersection with Rankin Road
On Vanshire Road East at its intersection with Live Oak Road
On Live Oak Road at its intersection with F.M. 1886
On Old Gate Road at its intersection with Silver Creek Road
On Western Trails Road at its intersection with F.M. 1886
On Tamarron Drive at its intersection with F.M. 1886
On Lakeside Oaks Circle at its intersection with Farm to Market Road 1886
On the eastbound lane of F.M. 1886 at its intersection with the south frontage road of SH 199
On Townes Drive at its intersection with Lake Ridge Road
On Crestridge Circle at its intersection with the 300 block of Lake Ridge Road
On Rocky Ridge Terrace at its intersection with Lake Ridge Road
On Meandering Court at its intersection with Watercress Road
On Wren Haven Drive at its intersection with Holt Street
On Wren Haven Drive at its intersection with Claiborn Street
On Oakwood Court at its intersection with Farm to Market Road 1886
On Mary Jane Lane at its intersection with Farm to Market Road 1886
The driver of a vehicle approaching an intersection named above controlled by a stop sign shall stop and then proceed only when the driver of the vehicle may safely enter the intersection without interference or collision with other traffic at the intersection.
 
      (2)   Yield right-of-way signs shall be erected at the following street locations within the corporate town limits of the Town of Lakeside, Texas:
On Stone Drive at its intersection with Aquilla Drive
On Cacti Drive at its intersection with Aquilla Drive
On Stone Drive at its intersection with Crestridge Drive
On Larch Street at its intersection with Brookes Baker Avenue
On Live Oak Road at its intersection with Vanshire Road West
On Rocky Ridge Terrace at its intersection with Crestridge Circle
On Cacti Drive at its intersection with Crestridge Drive
On Larch Street at its intersection with Claiborn Street
The driver of a vehicle approaching an intersection named in this division (F)(2) controlled by a yield right-of-way sign shall yield the right-of-way to all other vehicles at the intersection and proceed thereafter only when the driver of the vehicle may safely enter the intersection without interference or collision with other traffic at the intersection.
 
      (3)   Any person violating any provision of this division (F) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the maximum amount set or required by State of Texas law.
      (4)   This division (F) shall become effective and be in full force and effect immediately after adoption and publication as provided by law and when appropriate signs prescribed by this division (F) are erected.
