§ 70.23  NOTICE OF REQUESTED EXCEPTION.
   The City Secretary shall mail a notice of the requested exception to each person set out in the application, setting out that an exception has been requested, a description of the vehicle or trailer, and the date and time of the hearing on the exception before the City Council.  The notice shall be sent at least ten days before the date of the hearing.
