§ 70.03  OPERATION OF MOTORCYCLES OR MOTOR VEHICLES ON CERTAIN PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle or motor vehicle on any utility easement, vacant lot, other unpaved private property or church parking lot, paved or unpaved, not owned by the operator, or his or her immediate family, without the express written consent of the owner carried on the operator’s person.
