§ 53.112  ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS.
   The town may collect an additional deposit not to exceed the amount of the initial deposit, from the following customers:
   (A)   A customer who has been disconnected for nonpayment of their utility service;
   (B)   A customer who has received late notices in four of the previous 12 months.
