§ 53.110  GENERALLY.
   From and after the effective date of this subchapter, the town shall receive from each sewer, water and garbage customer an initial deposit as provided for in the town fee schedule. For the purposes of water accounts, each meter shall be considered a separate account and shall require a separate deposit.
