(A) There is established a mandatory minimum monthly charge for all occupied improved real property or properties to which sewer service is available, whether the premises is connected or not connected to the sewer main.
(B) Each occupied residential unit and each occupied commercial unit shall be charged a minimum charge or minimum charge plus a volume charge, whichever is greater.
(C) Apartments on one meter shall be charged minimum sewer charges based on 90% of total living units served by that meter or required minimum plus a volume charge, whichever is greater.
(D) Mobile home parks on one meter shall be charged a minimum sewer charge based on 90% of actual mobile home and/or travel trailer spaces served by that meter or the required minimum plus volume charge, whichever is greater.
(E) Hotel, motel, inn or lodging house units on one meter shall be charged a minimum charge based on 90% of total units under the same ownership or a minimum charge plus a volume charge in combination with other units on the same sewer tap, whichever is greater.
